2% or Whole milk will taste more authentic and make the butterbeer creamier
whipping cream
homemade always tastes better
Instructions
Melt butter in a pot over LOW heat.
Add sugar and stir till dissolved
Add molasses, and boil for about 5 minutes
Turn down heat and add milk, warming/heating the mixture to your liking.
Serve in hot cocoa mugs and top with whipped cream
